I found this organization that rides the Oregon Coast every year for arthritis. Check out the link and let me know what you think. I say we copy the hell outta this site. From the maps to the work out schedule. They've done this year after year so I'm guessing they know where/when to start and stop for the day/week.

It's been awhile since anyone has posted. I decided to post a screen print of the ride I did today. Based on my ride, I can tell that I still need to do a lot more training before August.
