Bikes Direct

Yo dudes, just thought I would pass on a website that Cardon led me to. They have a pretty good selection of bikes for a good price. I know the brands seem a little knock off, but the higher end models come with great components at a steal of a price.

Oregon Coast Bike Route Map

Check out this link for a great Oregon Coast bike route map. It gives us information on distance, elevation, campgrounds, showers, bike shops. It's legit.

Oregon Coast Temperature and Rainfall Charts

Clip from the Goonies

This is a clip from The Goonies. If you watch carefully, you can see a couple of shots of some scenery we might experience on our trip. Also, you can see the importance of knowing how to change/prevent flat tires.

HOLY CRAP!

This could very well be us. Let's do this thing!

oregon and pacific coast cruise

From Cannon Beach to the Redwoods. This could be you. We're looking for a head count of those who feel like they're 100% if provided with plenty of notice to get work off and arrange travel. Are you in? If so/not, tell us on a 0-100% scale and say the best time of year for you.

Get on Your Bikes and Ride!

I am assuming that it is safe to say, that most of the Creekers have bikes that might not be worth shipping on the plane for our Creeker Coaster Ride. I ride a mid 70's Canadian made beauty. I love it endlessly and I have all the faith in the world it could make the trip without any problem. Carden has a nice ride, but would probably not want to ride a fixie. And Tyler is talking about taking a Mountain Bike. I am sure we could all use what we have and make this a true scrappy Creeker event; but Mike and I were talking about this, and were thinking we should look into the possibility of all renting super fantastic bikes in Boise and taking them to the start point by trailer. That way no one will have to ship their bikes. (which might cost the same as renting????) It is something to look into......

Also I like Levi's idea w/ the Suburban and trailer. If there are more Creekers then seats, we could also rent a 15 passenger van and still use Levi's trailer, or, I can look into borrowing my pops RV, and last option, I own a 70 passenger school bus.

Jared + Angela

Jared, thanks for getting married to bring all the Creekers together to play the most ultimate game of football ever. We know that was your true intention all along. You chose the best (and hottest) girl for the charade; and she is the perfect addition to the Creeker family. Congratulations Jared! We love you.

Creekers in Flight

I took 42 pictures of Tyler doing these (unnecessary) jump catches. He insisted I keep shooting.

Jared's Wedding Weekend

I would have posted a picture of the guys at the wedding too, but I decided we probably all had enough pictures

I love Magoo trying to cover up his package.
